A little about me: I began my career in England where I trained as a dancer at the Arts Educational School and the London School of Contemporary Dance.

I performed in the Jasper Ballet Company and with the Barbican Community Dance Theatre and eventually founded a small touring Company 'Helicon Dance'.

In 1991 I moved to West Cork, Ireland and added song writing to my repertoire, touring two solo performances, ‘Moon Hawk’ and ‘Arcana’. My film debut came in 2004 with my own production of ‘In The Nature of She’.

In 2006 composer Peter Green and I began working together to produce music and dance videos and these have been featured on Classic FM TV, oMusic TV and at the Cork Film Festival.

Early in my career I decided to move away from my conventional dance training to explore a more holistic mode of creative movement, expressing a commitment to the integration of mind, body, spirit and nature through music and dance.
